IST Austria is a young international institute conducting frontier research in the natural sciences, located in Klosterneuburg on the outskirts of Vienna.
We are enlarging our event team and are searching for an
Event Manager (f/m) - Full time
Your main tasks:
++ Support of IST Austria’s faculty in the organization of scientific conferences, workshops, and other academic events
++ Planning and organization of internal events
++ Organization of social events and excursions off-campus
++ Event marketing and advertising of events via different channels (online and offline)
Your profile:
++ Academic degree and work experience in the above listed tasks, ideally in tertiary educational institutions
++ Excellent command of English and German
++ Experience in design software and in implementing marketing measures is advantageous
++ Strong team player with excellent communication and organization skills
++ High degree of service orientation and hands-on mentality

Salary starting from EUR 2,500 gross/month. Possibility of higher salary depending on education, qualification, and work experience. IST Austria values diversity and is committed to equality.
