Das Thema: Learning from Europe" – Good Practice Model: Denmark?
You can participate online at a very high level or join us physically at Metro Kinokulturhaus. It will be the start of a new series of hybrid events launched by Interface Film and embedded in the EU XXL Jours fixes.
Through keynote speeches and a panel over the course of one day we want to have a closer look into Denmark's film industry and links between fair working conditions, gender equality and high quality film production.
Special attention will be paid to the 40-hours-week and the Danish collective agreement on fiction film productions. Moreover, an exchange of experiences regarding union organisation and measures against sexism in front of and behind the camera, as well as the compatibility of work and family life will be equally important.
"Learning from Europe" is a hybrid conference that will be held in Vienna and made fully accessible online.
